Your bank transfers are processed from 10am, Monday to Friday. Please allow a few hours for the funds to reach your account.
The Transfer History in your Payor account may take a little longer to update.

Note: We’re currently testing next-day transfers – even on weekends and bank holidays – with a small, closed group of customers. If you are in this group, you will receive Friday transactions from 10am on Saturday, and Saturday transactions from 10am on Sunday.
Remember to download the Payor app or log in to your account to keep track of transfers and get a closer look at your transactions.
And make sure you enable push notifications so you know once you’ve been paid. Just head to ‘Account’ and ‘Notification settings’ to turn these on.
